Description | Alignments of Kerzerho _ Erdeven. The most important Breton megalithic site after Carnac. Listed as Historical Monuments in 1862, the 195 megaliths (Mégas Lithos: Grandes Pierres) are oriented East - West. These alignments are currently 200m long in 5 rows. Dated from -5000 to -2000 BC, they are, of course, no longer in the same state as then. Indeed, we could count 1130 in 11 rows a few centuries ago: the whole must have been 2 km long and 65 m wide. |
